Yesterday, October 23, 2021, the Aspirants, and Contacts of the La Salle Bacolod Brothers’ Community (LSBBC) gathered for their monthly faith sharing session, Eucharistic celebration and community gathering.
The day started with a faith sharing session facilitated by Br. Mandy Dujunco FSC with the theme, “Vocation as a Response to a Relationship”. The aspirants and contacts reflected and shared their insights on the words of the Prophet Jeremiah: “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations." (Jeremiah 1:5)
The faith sharing was followed by a Eucharistic celebration held at the Brothers’ Community chapel. The LSBBC rejoiced as Aspirants Brendan, Enzo, Pio, Junel, Chleid, and Jamjam renewed their commitment to the De La Salle Brothers’ Aspirancy Program.
Also, the Brothers welcomed Marc Arillo, a dedicated volunteer of St. Brother Miguel Academy (SBMA) and a contact for 2 years, who took a leap forward and signed up as an Aspirant.
The day ended with dinner and socials prepared and cooked by the LSBBC aspirants and contacts.
We continue to pray for all of our aspirants and contacts as they continue to commit themselves to explore the Brothers’ vocation and to discern God’s call in their lives.
